Milestones
ICARE Eye Hospital was established in 1993 in Noida under the ICT.
1982
Ishwar charitable Trust was formed with the money left upon the demise of Mrs.Ishwar Choudhry, the mother of Dr. Sushil Choudhry.
1982-1992
An initiative was started by Dr Sushil Choudhry to provide compassionate and comprehensive eye care to poor patients from the Slums. On an average 15 screening camps were organized every month. Annually, near 100 under-privileged patients received eye surgeries.
1993
ICARE Hospital was constructed and became fully functional at sector 26, Noida with support from HelpAge India and Help the Aged UK.
2001
ICARE got registered with Diplomate of National Boards as a credible training partner for Ophthalmology.
2017
Foundation stone laid for the construction of Secondary Eye Hospital, Dadri G.B Nagar, U.P in collaboration with NTPC
