Dr. Anant is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist, specializing in glaucoma and anterior segment conditions. He obtained his MBBS from Army College of Medical Sciences in 2014 and further specialized with a Diploma and M.S. in Ophthalmology from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, Delhi. With extensive experience, he served as a Post Graduate Resident from 2014 to 2020 and as a Senior Resident from 2020 to 2022. Fellowship in Glaucoma and Anterior segment from Orbis international and Dr Shroff Charity eye hospital. Dr.Anant excels in MIGS, managing O.P.D., performing surgical procedures, and overseeing glaucoma and cataract operations

 

Areas of Interest and Expertise:

  • Working in Ophthalmology and Emergency Casualty departments.
  • Managing Ophthalmology Private specialty and general specialty O.P.D.
  • Running charity eye surgical camps and performing mass cataract surgeries
  • Performing Glaucoma and complicated cataract Operations independently.
  • Performing various surgical procedures/operations independently, such as: cataract surgeries such as ECCE, SICS and Phacoemulsification, Anterior Vitrectomy, Pterygium excision, Trabeculectomy, Phaco-Trabeculectomy, MIGS – i-stent , KDB glide, BANG.
  • Being able to interpret special investigations: CT, MRI, OCT RNFL and GCC , UBM, HVF Visual fields, Pachymetry, Biometry, Fluorescein Angiography and sonography(USG-B scan).
  • Managing certain Tertiary and complicated glaucoma and anterior segment conditions at a tertiary level.
