Dr. Priyanka Khandelwal

1. Completed graduation from prestigious Thanjavur Government Medical College, Thanjavur, Tamil Nadu.

2. Completed post-graduation, Diplomate of the National Board of Examination of India in Opthalmology from renowned Mohan Eye Institute, New Delhi. Worked as Senior Registrar at MEI for 2 years.

3. Completed two year dedicated Fellowship in Vitreo Retinal Surgery from Susrut Eye Foundation and Research Centre, Kolkata, West Bengal. There she was involved in various scientific research and exclusive Vitro Retinal patient care.

4. She is an active member of various Ophthalmological Societies and has presented papers and posters at various conferences at national level.

Areas of Interest

1. Surgical and medical retina, Uveal diseases, Retina of Prematurity Check-ups and treatment.
2. Active interest in learning recent advances and its application in Opthalmology and Vitreo Retinal surgeries.
3. Organising Patient awareness programs. Taken part in several surgical camps at Raisan, Himachal Pradesh offering Cataract Surgeries at minimal cost under the National Society for the Prevention of Blindness – India
