Mr. Arjun Malhotra

A pioneer of the Indian IT industry Co founded HCL, in 1975. Relocating to the USA, he took HCL in $100 million annual revenues. He ran HCL-HP joint venture in India in 1992. He served as Chairman of TechSpan & Headstrong’s Board of Directors. He is on the Board of Governors of IIT Kharagpur Foundation, Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, Rajiv Gandhi Indian Institute, Shillong and IIM Udaipur. He was awarded Albert Einstein Technology Medal 2001 besides many others. The Institution of Engineers (India) has named him as Eminent Engineer Personality.

Dr. Sushil Choudhry

After working as a lecturer at the Maulana Azad Medical College, set up an own Private Practice in 1973. He set up the Ishwar Charitable Trust in memory of his mother in 1982, to reach out to the needy sections of Society. Under the aegis of the Trust, he founded ICARE Eye Hospital & Post Graduate Institute in 1993 in NOIDA, which works to eradicate avoidable blindness in the states of Western Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Delhi slums and Rajasthan. His aim is to reach quality ophthalmic services to the doorstep of the patient irrespective of his ability to pay, who are unable to get treatment from large Government facilities because of overcrowding and sheer apathy for the poor.

Dr. Saurabh Choudhry

Dr. Saurabh Choudhry, Chief Executive Officer and Medical Director of ICARE Eye Hospital is a renowned Ophthalmic Surgeon who is recognized for his expertise in the areas of Cataract & Refractive surgery, both nationally and internationally. Dr. Choudhry is a pioneer in propagating the technique of Phacoemulsification (stitchless cataract surgery) in India. He is also credited with pioneering the newest generation Femtosecond laser cataract surgery in India and has been instrumental in introducing cutting edge technology to this part of India. The first Lasik machine, Bladeless Lasik and the Robotic Cataract Machines in this region was installed at the ICARE Refractive Department under his guidance.

He is a leading refractive surgeon proficient at wide variety of Laser and Lens based vision correction procedures from LASIK to PRK, and ICL (Phakic IOLs). He manages most of the complicated cases of Cataract and Trauma in this region.
Dr. Choudhry has been active in imparting surgical training in the ophthalmic community. He was the spearhead of the training program at the ICARE Eye Hospital and hundreds of practicing ophthalmologists have undergone training under him. He has conducted several live surgery demonstrations in the remotest locations in India to teach and popularize the technique of suture-less cataract surgery.
He was the secretary of the Noida Ophthalmological Society from 2011 to 2013. Under his stewardship, the society was transformed from a small local body to an organization of eminence.

He has been active in various international symposia and conferences, where he has conducted courses and presented many papers. He has many published articles to his credit. He has authored a book and contributed many chapters in the area of eye surgery. Dr. Choudhry also actively contributes in bringing general awareness on eye health by giving lectures and writing articles on mass media for the benefit of the general public.

Mr. R. C. Bhargava

He was part of the Indian Administrative Service (I.A.S.) from 1956 – 1982. He has earlier served as the Managing Director of Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. (formerly, Maruti Udyog Ltd.) since 1985 to 1997. He currently holds the position of Chairman cum Managing Director In Maruti since 1990.

Dr. D.V Kapur

Dr. Dharam Vir Kapur is an honors Graduate in Electrical Engineering with wide experience in Power, Capital Goods, Chemicals and Petrochemicals Industries. He had an illustrious career in the government sector with a successful track record of building vibrant organizations and successful project implementation. He served Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) in various positions with distinction. The most remarkable achievement of his career was the establishment of a fast growing system oriented National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) of which he was the founder, Chairman-cum-Managing Director, for which he was described as a Model Manager by the Board of Executive Directors of World Bank. He was Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministries of Power, Heavy Industry and Chemicals & Petrochemicals during 1980-86.

Dr. Rewa Choudhry

After completing her MS in 1975, she joined as a lecturer in Lady Hardinge Medical College where she rose to head the Department of Anatomy. She was also appointed as the Principal of the Vardhaman Mahavir Medical College.

Conducted Certified Audits including A-133, Review & Preparation of Financial Statements including Cash Flows and other related statements of various non-profit government funded organizations. Established internal control systems in a number of organizations.

Mr. S. R. Wadhwa

He is a renowned Tax Advocate and is considered a Tax authority in India. He was formerly the Chief Commissioner of Income-tax and Chairman, Income Tax Settlement Commission. He has served as a Special Tax Advisor in foreign countries including Cyprus, Ethiopia, Bulgaria and Maldives for almost a decade. Mr S.R. Wadhwa holds retainerships in a number of leading global companies. His firm is the President at ITAT.

Mr. Surinder Malik

Runs DA Milano, a leading high end leather Company dealing in branded products which are designed in Italy and manufactured in India. He has expanded the Company started by his father in 1971. It currently retails through a number of outlets in different Metropolitan towns all over the country. He has also widely expanded the business by entering into the export market.

Mr. Subodh Bhargava

Mr. Subodh Bhargava holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Roorkee. He started his career with Balmer Lawrie & Co., Kolkata before joining the Eicher group of companies in Delhi in 1975 and is now the Chairman Emeritus, Eicher group.

He is the past President of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and the Association of Indian Automobile Manufacturers; and the Vice President of the Tractor Manufacturers Association. Over several years, he was therefore a key spokesperson for Indian industry, contributing to and influencing government policy while simultaneously working with industry to evolve new responses to the changing environment.

Mr. Bhargava has been closely associated with technical and management education in India. He was the Chairman of the Board of Apprenticeship Training and Member of the Board of Governors of the University of Roorkee; The Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi; Indian Institute of Management, Indore and the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad.

He was also a Member of the senior panel of the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) set up for a comprehensive evaluation of research in engineering and technology; and on the committee set up by the Ministry of Human Resource Department, Government of India for policy perspectives for management education in India.

Mr Bhargava was Chairman of Tata Communications Ltd and Viom Networks Ltd (earlier known as WTTL-Info Ltd). He is associated with several other companies as Director, some of which are Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Carborundum Universal, Glaxo SmithKline Consumer Healthcare, SRF Limited, Batliboi Limited, Larsen & Toubro Limited, etc.
